Digital Music (WAV 24-bit / 48kHz)
All digital music purchases — including downloadable WAV files — are final sale. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for music purchases once the download has been completed or the link has been delivered.
If you experience technical issues downloading your files, please contact us at support@deepultraviolet.com and we’ll help resolve it.
Merchandise (Apparel, Accessories)
Merchandise is fulfilled by our trusted partner Printful, a print-on-demand service. Each item is made specifically for you after your order is placed.
Wrong size / damaged / misprinted?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
•A description of the issue
•A clear photo showing the problem
We will coordinate with Printful to replace the item at no extra cost to you.
We do not offer returns or refunds for:
•Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
•Incorrect size ordered (please double-check size charts before purchase)
•Items returned without contacting us first
Returns Process
To initiate a return due to a damaged or misprinted item, please contact:

Returned merchandise will be handled according to Printful’s return policies, which you can review here.
Shipping Issues
If your shipment is lost in transit, we’ll work with Printful to resolve it. Please notify us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
